These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the website gavirelo.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Gavirelo S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Gavirelo" or "we"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of its clauses, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the site
The Site is informational and promotional in nature regarding the real estate crowdlending model in Argentina. The published content does not constitute, under any circumstances, an offering of negotiable securities, an issuance prospectus, an invitation to invest, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Gavirelo does not act as a securities agent, stockbroker, or regulated financial entity under the terms of Law No. 26,831 on Capital Markets.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for persons over 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract under Argentine law. By using the Site, you declare that you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
